Declaration of Compliance

You may require a declaration or letter of compliance if you have asked your employer to (a) pay your Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions to the State Super Retirement Fund or (b) pay salary sacrifice contribution to the State Super Retirement Fund or (c) you instruct another fund to transfer money to this product.

This declaration confirms that the State Super Retirement Fund is a regulated superannuation fund under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (‘SIS’).
